Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered the wings with sweet and spicy sauce. They just squirted a little bit of sauce on top of the wings. The biscuits had a metal taste and were horrible. They didn't even put my fries in a box. They dumped them in a brown paper bag. The plastic take out bag was too small to fit both meals so they squished the box so they could tie it closed. Now I see why there's never a line to buy food from them IN A MALL

I am requesting a refund as soon as possible. My payment was processed even though the store is closed, which is very concerning. Please advise.

Google map says 9:00pm. I made an online order at 8:30pm. It was a small order not a bulk. They refused to make anyways. Haven’t had this experience in other stores

They got my order wrong and put pickles on my sandwich when I asked them not to put the pickles on my sandwich. When I returned the sandwich for it to be remade, the worker decided to take the old sandwich and remove the pickles instead of making me a fresh new sandwich without the pickles. Unacceptable. Then had the audacity to tell me I have to wait 6 minutes for a fresh new sandwich when everything is always made. Im disgusted.

I always come here to get food it taste good. The managers here are nice and funny one makes me laugh he a little crazy but it’s okay love that chicken
