Ordered a 5 tender meal and popcorn shrimp the price of the meal was not worth it, especially upgrading it. The picture shown is what I received fries were also with it not pictured. The pieces on the lid was mainly crust.

This particular location I usually have a great experience however tonight not so much. The cashier was super friendly, and helpful with fixing my drink when their soda machine in the dining area was just shooting soda out of nowhere. It was very clean as usual. My order was hot and fresh however them red beans and rice tasted like they needed more time to cook otherwise they good and that's why I gave 3 stars🤷🏾‍♀️

This location is always behind and has messed up on orders in the past. I'm understanding about different circumstances coming up or being short staffed, but it's been this way several times now. I understand stores have bad days, but it shouldn't take 15-45 minutes for one order to be given out.

My daughter went 3 days ago and bought 2 spicy chicken sandwiches, after getting home the sandwiches were so old they were not edible . Patties hard and smelled off. Today we waited 30 m I mutes for 2 meals that were already cooked. The employees were very rude and wanted sone kind if sympathy for having to work there. This was. A terrible crew. Terrible.

Back in the day, this was my brand. Today, waited 25 minutes for my order, left without it. Super friendly staff, clean restaurant, but processes seem lacking. Do hope they gave my order to someone who was hungry. Did provide 1 star for the tea, although only sweet tea was available today. Won't be back.
