Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The restaurant needs an overhaul of better quality control. Been going to this location for a long time (especially since it's convenient) and lately no matter if I arrive during the day or 30 minutes to closing time, I'm usually served dry or stale chicken piece pieces. Just yesterday I ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal with large side and drink and the tenders taste like days old stale chicken. It didn't help that I had to keep repeating my order to the cashier so he'd ring it correctly as it seemed he was not paying attention. Even as I'm writing this post my family and I feel sick from eating the food from here. In this economy where it costs a lot of money to eat at Popeyes, they need to step up their game, and fast because it's better and WAY more affordable to cook the food fro

Will NEVER come back here! The last two times we went, the food was ice cold. Today we went there and we ordered a red beans and rice. We checked the bag, to make sure it wasn’t ice cold. Well turns out they never gave us the sides we paid for! So we called and they were like yeah no problem we’ll give it to you. But we threw the receipt away . And three employees pressed my husband out like he was asking them to sacrifice their first born children. Just do your job and put the correct food in the bag! Never again!

I shouldn’t have to elaborate, the pictures say it all. The worst Popeyes that I’ve ever been to. And after seeing a mouse scurrying around my feet after dining in a few years ago, I should’ve known better. These are considered chicken tenders? Really?

Poor service, I waited for 15 minutes for them to cook spicy breasts and then when I got my food. No spicy breast was in the box. Lucky I opened it inside the store. The employee who boxed it said nothing hoping I would just leave. Then they wouldn't answer the phone.. Anyway.. He said oh we ran out of spicy.. Sad state of management and owners once again.. Look at the meat sizes and the crazy way they cut the meat. Giving you less meat and you pay more for getting less! The red beans and rice was only 2/3 full as well and I paid for 2 containers and both were this way.. 2025 update. See picture stealing food from customers and high prices.

Still by far one of my favorite places for fried chicken. Never had an issue up until now because every time myself or my boyfriend have tried getting the five nights at Freddy’s box, they’re always out of something. Whether it be the cheesy bites, the cupcake, or somehow, all of it. Even today they were out of the cupcakes and I asked to replace it. They didn’t. And they never answer their damn phones to begin with. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy the food, but check the bag before you leave the restaurant.
