Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

My friends and I were starving after a full day of shopping. We stopped at Popeyes for a quick late night supper. The place was empty. We had a difficult time understanding the woman at the drive thru. We placed a rather large order and the driver requested 3 different sauces. She repeated herself 3 times concerning the sauces. Well ...WHERE ARE THE SAUCES????

Today I am trying Popeyes, 1st time since the pandemic. So at least 4 years, but today I'm going to dine in. I got the 4 piece chicken dinner with mashed and Cole slaw, wanted to try the Mac and cheese but they were out of it, was told not available. I had my choice mild or spicy, chose mild. The sides were good,id say average, nothing spectacular. My biscuit, hard as a rock, couldn't eat it. From seeing the commercials there chicken had multiple seasonings and herbs. Very bland, average taste, it was crisp and juicy but again nothing spectacular. I honestly can't say it was better then their competitor.

This Popeyes location is quite good. The chicken pieces are tasty and crispy and hot. Staff are quite efficient. It’s quite busy and we just had a short wait. We got their special spicy sauce but it’s so spicy and hot so we just used their little packets of hot sauce. The chicken sandwich is of course good as usual but it’s obviously a bit smaller than before. Still acceptable.

The Food was not only DELICIOUS. The workers are Very friendly and Helpful and The Manager is a good Decent Honorable Man is took a mistake and made it right and that's not something that happens too often these days. Thank You All Popeyes #11961

I never had it before so I dashed it. I order spicy tenders and got plain and unsweetened iced tea which arrived sweet. The fries are flimsy but I’ll boil that down to the time it took to deliver. For what it’s worth, the chicken was crazy tender and I got buffalo sauce on the side so I just dipped them but I can’t drink the tea for health reasons so I’m sad about that.
