Store manager was rude and very unhelpful and then she called district manager Jill and she refused to give me a refund when my order was placed Wrong they kept telling me refund had to be done on app since I placed order through drive thru bc it wouldn't take my code i was given off app through drive thru but the system changed my order that I placed in line orginally. I explained that to store manager after she heard me placed it even though she knew I placed it in drive thru she just kept blaming the app. She was rude and had a attitude. I don't recommend this store very unprofessional and I work for the state and definitely will never go back. I've never had these issues with Stratford location, but mlk location need new staff and district manager should of been way more trained a

Waited for take out but after standing there for an extended time. Some lady came to the front, instead of taking my order she told me I couldn’t stand at the counter because I couldn’t have a dog in there . I informed her that he was a service dog. He is clearly wearing his vest. I am a total disabled veteran of the Vietnam War and I take him in all the restaurant I visit without any issues. I have visited this particular restaurant many times without any incidents . I’m not going say she was rude but seemed to be about something. The location is Stratford Road across from the Hanes Mall . This is my last time going to this Popeyes .

The popeye's restaurant on MARTIN LUTHER KING in Winston Salem nc is horrible ! They don't acknowledge the customers when you walk in, even the guy cooking the chicken in the back was frowned up. The 2 females in the front looked at me and 3 - 4 others as if we weren't standing there, I had to wait for 15 minutes before they took my order, they only acknowledged the drive thru. I don't think they were trained correctly, and as I was waiting, I told the female at the front counter, I was going to the bathroom, she said the bathrooms don't work, so I'm trying to figure out, why is this Popeye's even open. My boyfriend and I stopped here to dine in for our afternoon lunch break. Neither of us had eaten at Popeye's and wanted to try it out. I needed to use the bathroom, but the doors have coded locks on them. We went ahead and placed our order on the kiosk, hoping they would give us the code as we pay for our order (which you cannot do at the kiosk because there are locks on the card scanners. We took our receipt to the counter to pay. We asked for the bathroom code and they said they had no working restroom--in a very unfriendly and dismissive tone. An employee's friend called while we were standing there and asked them to go outside (very unprofessional considering there were several customers that were waiting on their food). So, I've came here once to get a Chicken Sandwich when I was still living in Charlotte, now I moved and I was craving something since I didn't want to deliver. Decided to get some tenders and their Signature Chicken. The lady who took my order was kinda disrespectful honestly. She didn't seem to take orders in person. So when I did complete my order, she now seemed to treat me well...? Waiting was another story, they estimated that my food will be out about 10 minutes, not even a combo, just solo tenders and Chicken, that was a bit of a deal breaker.
