Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I ordered a 5 piece chicken two can dine meal and a chicken sandwich meal. All of the chicken was old, hard, dry and shaped weird including the chicken on the sandwich. I took it back and complained and the chicken they replaced it with looked better but when I got home it was more hard, old, and dry as the first chicken. They up changed for the Mac and cheese and the cup was 1/4 full. It literally looked like someone at most of it and left me two teaspoons in the container. Someone needs to come close all the locations in the Youngstown and Boardman area.

I have always had great experiences at this location! They are kind and friendly, and service is always efficient. They go the extra mile to make sure that you are pleased with your order.

Food is hot and fresh. Don't recommend getting it through uber/DD/etc as the delivery time takes its toll on the quality of the food. We have gotten a mouthful of "gel" from their sweet tea before, which is really nasty and unexpected. Avoid getting breasts if you can, though. They're always dry, sometimes tough. Everything else is fine. Service is good, you're typically greeted promptly. Some people do have an accent that can be difficult, but no big deal they're patient about it. Sometimes this location gets bogged way down for some reason, we're talking 20+ minute waits for basic orders but usually the place is empty and you get your order in a minute. Atmosphere is the biggest issue. The front of house is nice, clean, and bright, but every time we go there are flies.... enough flies

Every time I come to Popeyes on Belmont Avenue, I’m always satisfied the food is always hot and ready and the apple pies are to die for as well as the chicken sandwiches. And I’m treated excellent customer service. Keep up the great work Popeyes we love you!!

Best chicken around. I have to travel from Salem Ohio, worth the 25 minute drive. KFC in Salem is terrible. I wish they would open a Popeyes here. KFC would be put out of business.
