Poppin' Granny

We went to Vernon Texas it's about 40 miles away and we found THE place to eat while in Vernon called Poppin Granny's. They have hand breaded all beef corn dogs, homemade lemonade and chicken bites with homemade ranch it was yummy. And my Honey had a Korean dog which was a all beef hot dog with chese wrapped around it and breaded in panco. We will definitely be back and the folks there were amazing too! This is my first time getting to try Poppin Grannie and it was immaculate. Walk up to the resteraunt and it looks kinda small but once you walk in side it has a nice style of sitting in at a cafe in the forest. The couple that owns the restaurant were out of this world nice, they explained every option I was a little confused about. I got the spicy Korean dog and boy It was one of the tastiest dogs I've had in a long while. Not once were they rude in anyway, and I "MEAN REALLY NICE". you don't get that often is some resteraunts

Hand dipped corn dogs (all beef, Korean, hot link, jalapeño cheddar) Homemade chili cheese dogs, deep fried baby bell and pepper jack cheese, Homemade fried pies and gourmet popcorn. Perfect Nachos (homemade queso) and nugget basket (homemade ranch) Exceptional food and service!

Wonderful people. Spicy Corn Dog Combo. Fries and spicy Korean corn dog. Food is excellent. Strawberry lemonade is excellent.

For the basic need, I recommend the regular hot dog and corn dog. I get the regular corn dog, and the perfect nachos are really. Brian and Halie are friendly and great company, since in my case it's an order for 1. But in all honesty everything that is made is really good from the corn dogs , nachos and fried pies.
