Pop's Chicago Style Eats

Italian Beef was one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. Not gonna lie, I wanted to try this after seeing these on The Bear, but god damn this was delicious! Not the best pic because I was sitting on a bench and it was dark, but I cannot describe how delicious this was. Italian beef, wet, spicy giardiniera - 10/10, will absolutely get another when I run into these guys again. Also, my wife got the 5 spice chicken with fried rice, my daughter got a cheeseburger, and my son got a patty melt - all of them (dad tax is real) were exceptionally flavorful and some of the best food trucks eats I've ever had.

I am from Chicago so it’s hard to compare but, when I feel a desire to have a Chicago Dog or Italian beef sandwich, I look for Pop’s. It doesn’t disappoint. I know there are other Chi-towners out there that would enjoy them too.

All I can say is wow. $7 chili cheese dog with a splash of chili and mozzarella cheese? Has to be the worst over priced hotdog on earth. These folks should be a shamed of them selves. Sad.

Pops food truck came to our work for Halloween. Very friendly and great service. I got the spicy italian sausage and a side of plain fries. Both taste great and they have good portions. 10/10

I am on a diet. Today I decided to cheat. I ordered a classic burger and fiesta fries. My goodness!! The burger is a 10. Juicy,flavored, big, and truly delicious. The fiesta fries are great! Generous with toppings and the beef is tender. Great job!
