Pork Chops BBQ Flemington

I generally like the food at Pork Chops but after many visits am still disappointed with the pork ribs. They charge you over $32.99 for what the menu says "Full Rack". A full rack of ribs has 12 ribs. Pork chops consistently gives me three or four of the very smallest ribs and the rest are just trimmings that they call ribs. There's actually no rip bone in it. It is horribly chewy and plain cheap. I have actually asked to include more real ribs in my order, but they still insist on only giving me two or three ribs and the rest is called the chine bone. It is typically what is cut off in either thrown away or ground up. The pictures below are the scraps they call "Ribs". It typically makes up about 3/4 of an order. I would not mind getting them if they also gave me the rest of the real ribs

I love the Hawaiian chicken and pork combo. The flavor is great and you get such a big portion. The coleslaw is perfectly seasoned. Can't wait to try the tres leches cake!

Went here recently for lunch. The brisket was quite lean and thick cut. It had a very good taste and the BBQ sauce enhanced the flavor quite a lot. The menu has a large selection and I will return in the future. The staff was very friendly and brought the food to our table even though it was counter service. They also checked toward the end of our meal to make sure all was as we expected. A very nice experience.

First off, be careful with your ordering. Consider all the combos to be enough food for at least 2 people. I ordered the rib and Hawaiian bbq meal ($27.99) and what came to my table was enough food for maybe 4 people. The paella was yummy, but full of broken shells. I would definitely come back here for the food. #DELISH

If you know about Portuguese food do not order the empanadas or the picadinho!!! Horrible taste, definitely not authentic. The empanadas were burned and the dough had an aftertaste. The Picadinho (Chicken and shrimp) had only 4 small shrimps, and the potatoes were barely cooked. Definitely not a good experience. Also, don’t go by the prices they have here in Google. Here the Picadinho is $18.99 when is really $23.99
