Customer Reviews
My hubby and I went here for the first time and it was so good! The customer service was THE BEST service I’ve had in a while! We told the lady we had never been there before and she went over and beyond to explain the menu! Everything we ordered was delicious and the brownie and ice cream was good too. Cornbread was perfect for me! Not too sweet and not too bland. My only negative experience was the bathroom needed a little attention. We will most definitely be going back! This place is huge and great for large gatherings and big families. My husband loved all the TVs to watch sports.
I hate to say it, but it was average at best. Not sure if they were just having an off day, but they did seem fairly busy for the area. There was zero seasoning on the pulled pork, brisket, and smoked chicken, which for me was really disappointing. I also ordered a half rack of ribs. They weren’t fall-off-the-bone tender, but they did have decent flavor. I will give them fairly high marks for the sauces, though. I like a sweeter sauce, and their mustard-based sauce and red sauce were both very good. We also tried the mac & cheese and the baked beans, and both were just okay. Honestly, the sauces help this place out a lot.
So so yummy!! Coming from the Midwest, we love good BBQ, and this place is spot on. We had pulled chicken, pulled pork, and brisket. The bowls are phenomenal! So much food for your money and the service was even better. The staff were so sweet and explained everything in detail. We will absolutely be back!
I visited Pork on a Fork during my 30 minute lunch break, it took about 25 minutes to get my food so unfortunately I had to rush and not savor it. I got the Pulled Pork BBQ bowl with Mac and Cheese and Baked beans, all of it was very tasty, however for 18 dollars without a drink, it’s pretty steep for decent barbecue. Plenty of space to sit and the place is just like how I remember Freon visiting as a kid.
Good spot for a quick lunch or dinner. You order at the counter and the staff is friendly and helpful. I got a bowl and the portion size was solid. Kids chicken tenders with mac and cheese were a hit too. Casual vibe so it works well for a quick bite with coworkers.
