For out of towners like me - this is a food truck at a brewery. We got the one meat platter with ribs and the big tupper. One meat platter: Ribs were very dry and tough, worst part of the plate. Mac & cheese was very good, well seasoned, a little bit of heat (but I’m a wimp), pulled pork beans were great as was the cornbread. ($24) Big tupper: potatoes were very dry, worse part of the dish, burnt ends were tender and well flavored but a bit inconsistent- others were more dry, could have used more peppers and onions. Wouldn’t get again. ($23) Take away - I’d get burnt ends as my meat on my platter and be very happy. Service was quick, employees very friendly. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pork Busters catered our teachers’ holiday party at Raquette River Brewery, and everything was fantastic. The food stayed hot, was replenished as needed, and tasted amazing—especially the pulled pork, mashed potatoes, and cornbread. Professional, organized, and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Porkbusters BBQ catered our annual fire department member appreciation dinner recently and they DID NOT disappoint! (They never do) The Spread was incredible from the prompt timing of the drop off by Chef Hank..(hot and ready to go) all the way down to the bottles of sauces which are amazing! Definitely recommend trying them the next time you see one of the food trailers, or reach out to them about there many different catering options! The porkbusters team is the best!

This review is regarding their food truck at racquet River Brewing location . We ordered their buffalo nachos..... And they were just Tostitos with some inexpensive cheese poured on and chicken parts along with a few jalapenos. They were okay at best. Would not reorder those anyways.

Pork Busters catered a dinner for our volunteers at our office location. The food was super delicious - we had pulled pork, macaroni and cheese, corn bread and cole slaw. Everyone enjoyed the food and Chef Hank was wonderful.
