Port of Subs

Tried out Port of Subs and overall it was pretty good. The sandwich tasted great, though it was a little on the messy side in terms of presentation. The price wasn't bad at all, and l added a cookie for dessert which was just okay. The customer service was solid--everyone was friendly and helpful. I also liked that they have a kiosk where you can skip the line and order, which makes things really convenient.

Grew up with port of subs, when we finally had port of subs return to the area I was excited! But after the 2 out the 3 times my sandwich has been dry bread and missing half of the ingredients it is safe to say. I dont think I will be ordering port of subs from this location. I dont know if it lack of turn around on bread to where it is sitting there and getting day(s) old bread or they are needing to cut back on giving as much lettuce, or there has been a change in how much meat they give on a normal sandwich but everything is lacking. When I go back home to my city and enjoy port of subs there - never an issue doesnt matter which location.

Hey.... Where's the beef! Haha! I ordered a roast beef and cheese. Yeah, yeah. Way more cold bread than everything else on this sandwich. I enjoyed it okay. A lot of money for okay bread. Look. Bread makes the sandwich. You're gonna go light on the meat make softer, lighter, bread that is fresh. Okay, bye.

When I moved to Eugene from Reno one of the things I IMMEDIATELY missed was Port of Subs. I’ve been eating their sandwiches for almost 30 years, I was over the moon to discover they opened a location here. My go-to (#5 on wheat 👌) was exactly how I remembered it, quality ingredients, thin sliced meat and cheese, and their mayo-mustard mix - delicious! quick and friendly service, so happy to have my favorite sandwich spot back. Give it a try, you won’t regret it.

While we didn't dine in, I'm sure their shop is fab. We had our work party catered for the holidays and they knocked it out of the park. They were on time, the food was pretty and fresh! Plus it was laid out on nice platters, arranged artfully! They surprised me by sending tongs and spatulas without even asking - Wow!! My team loved the food, which was pinwheels, and wraps; plus a cheese/meat platter, fruit platter and a vege tray! Wow nice job. We will be using you again! The food was so plentiful we saved the cookie tower for tomorrow's treat! Thank you for surprising us with catering services that beat expectations! My team loved it all (and their spoiled with food truck offerings a couple times a year, so that says something!) THANK YOU - the Quail Crest Memory Care Team!
