Port of Subs

Really nice, family owned business. When we were there last as a family, we had a to go order and the owner gave my wife and I free drinks. You NEVER find this in modern society. Small acts of kindness earn lifetime customers.

The sandwiches are delicious as long as CHRIS the heavy set white guy with red chin hair (ew) doesn’t make it. He messed up a couple sandwiches for us NO APOLOGY from him just attitude. I go in weeks later and he recognizes me and skips me in line. He even had a few words for me. I don’t engage with him because I know there is something wrong with him but THIS PORT OF SUBS LOCATION WOULD GREATLY BENEFIT BY LETTING GO OF HEAVYSET CHRIS

Food was okay but the employees were VERY RUDE!!!! They were so rude as soon as I walked in they hate their jobs and take it out on the customers so mad at myself that I didn’t get their names I went today around 2:30 very rude it was my first time eating there too :(

I’ve never cared for Port of Subs due to the poor quality of food and service over the years. I decided to try it again since it has been a few years. Boy was that a mistake. I ordered the teriyaki chicken melt with extra teriyaki sauce. What I got was a disgusting mess. No teriyaki sauce whatsoever but they were kind enough to drown the sandwich in a river of mayonnaise. I couldn’t even take a bite it looked so gross. A friend tried it and spit it out. What a waste of money. Whoever made this should be ashamed to hand that abomination to a paying customer. I wouldn’t hand that out to a starving kid in a third world country. Website photo vs actual sandwich for reference.

This place has gone downhill….the workers made me and my sister feel so uncomfortable. Employee kept questioning whether or not the ingredients I chose was what I really wanted. Workers cursing/yelling at their children who were hanging out in the dining area. Luke warm ingredients,..sad to say I won’t be returning.
