This so called program is why we are finding needles all over the town. Giving them new ones enables them to just throw the old ones on ground..
Soap would be a better idea
Thank you for keeping our community safe. Everytime I have called the staff has been quick to respond and has been kind.
I shoot up in the dumpster out back. Lots of free slightly used needles.
