Portsmouth Public Library (Churchland Branch)

I went there to get a library card. The liberian was totally awesome, she explained the process and the different parts of the library. It has been years since I have been in the library and they have a teen room with computers and videos for them to check out. There is a great deal happening at the Portsmouth library in Churchland.

This is a pretty small library but they have a lot of things to do. It’s one of those places you go to relax and you feel at home. If you live in the area of the staff gets to know you by name and they treat you like family. I had discovered a book that was missing for about two months so they showed me what I had to do to get my card reactivated The man at the front desk was so helpful they have plenty of computers in the adult area as well as the child’s area. You do have to actually have a chow with you in order to print or use the computers in the Children’s area. I will take more pictures because it has been a few months since I have beenDefinitely a five star rating I had a great experience this time

I have never went there but my friend said there's some Manga and that's all I need to hear Im only here for anime or Manga books

As of April 2021, they are "open" but not really. You can't walk inside and use their computers or bathrooms or check out a book. Supposedly you can check out books online and have them handed to you at the door, but I've been unable to do so. Until they actually open, they're effectively still closed.

Great little library. We use the meeting room which is clean, open, easy to set up and tear down as well as off in a quiet corner. Perfect venue to meet if you want to get things done without interruptions.
