Portsmouth Public Library (Main Library)

Only came here to print a few documents and ended up leaving with a few books! Super kind staff and very organized library with so much to offer, very lovely. Also, parking may be hard to find but there should be available parking on the side of the building.

Today was a pleasant day for a book signing. The staff was great with plenty of parking. Abigail assisted me to the car and I look forward to the next book signing next year.Kudos to all from Sherri Berri Parker!!!

I came in hoping for a quick and simple print job but ended up leaving with nothing. The woman at the front desk offered very little help, even though I asked for assistance multiple times. Each time, she left out key steps I needed to complete the printing process. I eventually had to ask someone else to explain it more clearly — only then did I learn a crucial step that had never been mentioned. After going through this frustrating back-and-forth for about 15 minutes, I finally made it to the front, only to be told that the computers shut down exactly at 4:45 — yet another important detail that was never shared with me, despite them watching me try to print the entire time. There is literally ALWAYS someone outside smoking cigarettes. Discourages me from bring my kids cause my kids always point it out. Selection is also very limited. Love that they have chess checkers and puzzles out folks though.
