Pot Twist Jamaican & Creole Restaurant

The food here is soo good. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. My first order was for thier soft opening. I have been looking around for some good oxtails, and they did not disappoint. The oxtails were so tender. The baked mac and cheese, the yams, the steamed cabbage, the jerk chicken, everything is good. I put everyone on at work, and now we order atleast twice a week. I hope they last in the parish because the food is amazing and they give u really good portions. The prices are also really good compared to other jamaican restaurants.

The food was absolutely amazing 👏 If you enjoy Jamaican food or like some spice in your life, then this is the place to be. So much wonderful authentic flavor! We had the jerk chicken, jerk shrimp, yams, fries (with a special seasoning), Mac (a little kick to it), and potato salad. Everything was absolutely incredible. Don't sleep on this place. And if you've enjoyed the Jamaican jerk house, then you'll definitely love Pot Twist! The wait staff was very friendly too. And they offer some Coke fountain beverages, bottled beverages (including Jamaican drinks and select beers), and a few different alcoholic beverages.

My new favorite Jamaican oxtail spot! I’ve only ever ordered delivery but out of the three times they have been consistently delicious. Rice & peas moist, oxtails flavorful and tender, yams are perfect, and not too sweet. The smothered cabbage was good too!

This place is more suitable for take out. Limited seating. Bar is minimal. Food is tasty, but the price and portions are not relative. Good customer service. Probably the best Jamaican food in the immediate area. Food quality is on a par with 14 Parish. Better than Jamaican Jerk House.

The food is delicious! I got the Jerk Shrimp with plantains and collard greens! Everything was so tasty and the workers were friendly! Definitely will be back. The food and the service are exceptional!
