Potbelly

It wasn't peak hours, but I walked up, ordered my sandwich right away and was eating just a few minutes later. Sandwich was made well and to order. Staff were super friendly, which can be hit or miss with airport restaurants. Was able to find a table in the small dining area, so i didn't have to eat near a gate. Overall, it was very comparable to our Potbally's back home. One of the better options for sure in concourse D.

First time at Potbelly, I was at IAD airport and there was Chick-fil-A, and other options to eat lunch. I never had Potbelly sandwich so I looked at the menu and there was vegetarian option and your regular sandwich option when I saw the meatball sandwich I had to try it. I got the sandwich with your signature, hot peppers . It was good! The bread was lightly toasted to perfection. Tip: I got the large sandwich. It’s only four more dollars , two people can eat it so I saved half for my better half. Also it comes out cheaper. I will stop at Potbelly again for sure. About to do a Google search if it is in my city of Raleigh NC. Also I must say from the gentlemen that took my order in line to the cashier, the whole team was wonderful. Potbelly Sandwich never let you down. Been visiting their shops the whole time, but this is the first time buying their sandwiches for breakfast. (Layover here for the destination of Detroit) Roast beef with "everything" the toppings, just the way to start the day.

So I visited the potbelly in IAD . They messed up my sandwich by adding oil and mayo . I asked them to correct it . So the guy that was correcting it had my sandwich in his hand talking all over it to other people. I said sir you can't do that . So once he handed it to me he Slapped my hand and I advised him that is assault. And I will be filing a Assault case against him . He tells me I couldn't take his picture oh yes I am this is my proof of who I'm talking to and about .. And I will be disputing the charges with the bank and contacting POTBELLY CORPORATION. I hope it was worth all this sir .

Staff was very accommodating, conversational, and prompt. One guy in particular considerately mentioned that the broccoli cheddar soup is made from chicken broth when I was ordering on a Friday (and he brought it up before I mentioned not doing meat on Fridays). Good food, bread is real and not commercial (like Subway’s can be).
