Potbelly

Stopped by to grab some Potbelly's for lunch. Haven't been to this location in years, but have frequented other locations while I was working in Gaithersburg Rio. I was nicely greeted by the sandwich maker and ordered my subs. Today we had the Original Italian on white bread and a A Wreck on wheat bread. The Italian is Salami, old-world capicola, pepperoni, mortadella and provolone cheese. The A Wreck is Turkey breast, hickory smoked ham, Angus roast beef, salami and swiss. Both were toasted. Once they come out of the oven you can add other toppings like mayo, tomato, lettuce, pickles, etc. They have some hot peppers which I love, but totally forgot to add to my Italian. My bad! For three years I have ordered from this place. I can honestly say I have never received my entire order. EVER. I order once a month on average because the food is very good. I have never said a word about all the missing items but today I’m done with these people. I’ve lost hundreds of dollars from the items I paid for but never received. Seriously. Get it together.

Seriously skimp on filling in a sandwich. I got an Italian and it had 2 pieces of meat in it.. also ordered the smokestack pork and mac and there was 90% bread 10% everything else. Paid almost $40 for bread. Ordered thru the app. Didn’t even change status to ready. I walk in there and the place is completely empty. My food is behind the counter. They also gave me the wrong chips for the ones I ordered. Not sure if they substituted them for chips that were out, but didn’t tell me. Edit: 12/1/24 customer services replies to any negative reviews to make it appear like they actually care. It’s been 2 weeks and I haven’t heard anything back.

Coming to this restaurant it was one of the best sandwich places I've ever been to. The food was amazing fresh bread and meat however the service was no shame either great folks and Honestly a great environment.

This Location could Improve. The vegetables don’t seem as fresh. The location could put more pride into its service and food. It’s okay overall but I prefer other locations.
