I had such a great time at Potbelly tonight. I wasn’t sure what to order, so I asked Caster what his favorite sandwich was, and he suggested the Italian. It was absolutely delicious! Thanks so much for the wonderful service and the fantastic sandwich, Caster.

Why are the asking for a 15% tip are they waitresses? Do they get 215 an hour cause that’s what waitresses get 215 an hour and they make 15% that was very insulting. I always tip a little but I do not want to be asked if I wanted 15 or 20% on my food when I eat in a fast food place when there is no waitress. Avocado were black

Beware just got two sodas and food from there and the drinks tasted like cleaning products, like the after taste tasted like chemicals, the the machines where just cleaned or they where spraying cleaner near the drinks or something. I immediately threw it away and called them but it felt dismissed and all she said was do u want the drinks replaced, no I want to know for sure I didn’t just drink chemicals…. The food tasted fine but now I am a little worried.

I order a BIG every single time. Every single time I receive a regular. I thought I might be wrong so I called and asked if they're different lengths. They are. So, the next time I measured the sandwich. It's a regular!!!!!! You've been ripping me off.

This is a neat, trendy Sammie shop. Roomie, clean, well staffed with friendly helpful humans just being awesome. Got the App. Ordering an Italian toasty sandwich. Looking around other tables, these sandwiches look serious. Even before my food this spot is a deli cut above. And elevated Sandwich shop.
