This was my first time here, and I instantly fell in love with both the vibes and the food. I walked in, put my name on the waitlist, and luckily got seated right away. Once seated, we started with appetizers and wow!! Berkshire pork & chive potstickers are a must-order ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ super juicy inside with crispy skin, topped with a special homemade chili oil. Endive salad is also a must ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ so refreshing, with dragon fruit and a perfectly balanced dressing. For mains, we ordered: Salt & pepper chicken with scallion biscuits—crispy chicken served with scallion biscuits might sound unusual, but the combination is amazing, especially with the dipping sauce and pickled jalapeños. Tiger shrimp with candied walnuts ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (100/10!)—my absolute favorite. So flavorful and delicious, served with frie
Overview: Come for the excellent, elevated yet authentic Chinese cuisine, stay for the chill vibes, decor and pleasant service. A completely recommend checking out Potluck Club when in Chinatown or in need of a nice yet chill dining experience. Food: 4.5/5 The dishes came out pretty quickly and the portion sizes were shareable. Everything was pretty delicious with robust, satisfying flavors. Yes the price point is steeper than a mom and pop restaurant in Chinatown but the overall experience justifies the costs. We ordered: Braised Short Rib, Oyster Mushroom Noodles, Spicy Eggplant and Tiger Shrimp. No regrets on any of those items and I'm looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu. In terms of adult beverages I had the Puffed Rice Chinese Pale Ale and it was really delectable. I ge
Well crafted, tasty, and memorable experience. The place, the food, the staff, and the environment all came together to presented something charming. I liked the braised beef and the rice roll with steak most but everything we tried was delicious. Thanks for a great meal.
Everything here was great - we loved all of the dishes we got, especially the rice roll noodles. The service was prompt and super attentive, even took a great photo for us! The place itself gets busy so make sure to get a reservation! They can also accommodate some dishes to make them vegan/vegetarian!
I came here for dinner with friends one evening and we had a great time here. The inside of the restaurant is a fun modern take on Cantonese culture and popular media. Service here is nice and quick. My friends and I ordered their potstickers, cold noodles, crudo, fried rice, short rib, tofu curry, and salt and pepper fried chicken. Everything was delicious, a good portion, and super flavorful. Although I did think it was really fun to try the different fusion dishes, I wish there was a bit more depth to dishes such as the curry and the short rib. Overall, not a bad spot for fusion Chinese food!
