Press & Porter Coffee & Pourhouse

What a great spot! It's been a while since I've been to Downtown Concord. While the revamp took a while, it seems, from first look, that it was worth it. I suppose time will tell if it was worth the money but what was worth my time and money was Press and Porter. Walking in, one doesn't get the presumptuous hippy coffee shop vibe. It's just a nice place that feels as welcoming as the staff. The coffee drinks, wines and local beer have something for everyone and the food is also rather nice. Maybe not a place to eat a large lunch, but you definitely have choices that should appease most. Plenty of seating, great location and relaxed. Looking forward to my next visit.

This is my favorite coffee shop in Concord! It is owned by sisters who are Concord natives, which makes it really special to our downtown area. One of my favorite things about them is that they rotate their specialty drink options, so there’s always something new and creative to try if you are feeling adventurous. What really sets them apart, though, is how helpful and patient they have been in helping me find my perfect latte combination. They took the time to make suggestions, adjust flavors, and really listen to what I liked. Now I have a go-to drink that feels totally customized to me. If you’re looking for great coffee, a welcoming atmosphere, and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, this is the spot to visit in downtown Concord!

I’m in here regularly and can always depend on their consistency. Coffee is strong and balanced, not burnt. Food is fresh and made right. The staff works hard and treats people with respect, even when it’s busy. This place is run with care and it shows. If you want quality and good service, this is it. Also their seating ranges from comfy couches to family tables or bar seating!

Great Coffee & Relaxing Atmosphere My husband and I stopped by for coffee right after breakfast at Union Street Cafe, and we had such a great experience here as well. The service was friendly, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing and chatting for a bit. I ordered a matcha with vanilla and it was unusually good—truly one of the best I’ve had. My husband got his usual iced latte and really enjoyed it too. We sat, talked, people-watched, and just had a really nice time. We’ll definitely be back!

The level of care that they devote to their craft and community is beyond impressive. Press and Porter is the model of hard work, commitment and integrity. Cannot recommend this shop and their owners more highly.
