Pret A Manger

Very good staffs, but the Mocha wr had was not up to the expectations. We had the Mocha from Pret A Manger in London, but this was in no way near to that.

I had an exceptional experience at Pret A Manger thanks to the incredible service provided by Yessica. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and warmth. She was patient, attentive, and truly made me feel welcomed. What stood out most was how proactive she was—she didn’t just take my order, she made sure everything was prepared correctly, checked in to ensure I was satisfied, and maintained a positive attitude throughout the entire interaction. Her attention to detail, kindness, and dedication to delivering great service made a huge difference. She truley stood out. She was attentive, friendly and went out of her way to make sure my visit was smooth and enjoyable. She made me feel really valued as a customer. Jonise was so welcoming and helpful. What lovely staff you have working at this Pret Store on Penn Station. My Bircher Muesli was delicious as was my half and half latte. I bought a vegan lentil soup. But when I opened it later, it was actually a chicken farro soup. I couldn't eat it. I had already left the store. So I guess I just lost $9 and am still hungry. Very disappointed. Please label your products better. Luckily I don't have an allergy, but someone could have been seriously harmed if they did.
