Pretzelmaker

Maybe it's just me but I miss how the pretzels used to be years and years ago when the mall was still alive. Now I feel like they're so greasy and the cheese is different. I'm autistic so I was extremely mad when they changed the cheese sauce years ago. It's never been the same for me since. Just kept being disappointed. The people that work are always super nice and friendly and I kind of like that the mall is quiet now and the kids can kind of just run around without too much worry but I wish they made the pretzels like they used to 🤷🏽‍♀️

3 locations in this mall all have issues the one upstairs by the food court being the worst due to frequent issues with employees there is one older male who refuses to take your rewards account for points and saving. An a mother an daughter duo who can be very rude at times.

Never go to the pretzel maker down stairs in the Meriden mall if you work there or are just going there. The old woman who runs it is completely rude and unprofessional and on top of it all argues with her customers. I get my pretzels from pretzel maker all the time but just make sure you go get them at the upstairs one near the food court.

Love the pretzels, hate the staff. The kiosk on the Best Buy end has some of the rudest and grouchiest employees in the Mall. They don't know how to talk to customers, they act hostile and have huge attitudes. Skip the pretzel- not worth the wait, the unpleasant transaction, or the money they charge (OVERPRICED).
