Primanti Bros in Uniontown absolutely delivered on what makes this Pittsburgh institution famous. The photos say it all, thick-cut rye bread, piled high with slow-cooked meat, tangy coleslaw, melted cheese, and those iconic French fries stuffed inside the sandwich. My Reuben was hearty, messy in the best way, and full of bold, smoky-savory flavor. The wings were another standout. We tried multiple styles, from classic crispy to sauced, and they were all cooked just right with great seasoning and texture. The garlic-butter style had real flavor, not just grease, and the dipping sauces paired perfectly. And then there’s the beer deal: a 23-oz IC Light (a true Pittsburgh classic) for $3.99. Loved! My husband and I make our way around a different restaurants for date night. We came to this one midday. We have been to a few different pros and decided to try the one in Uniontown and we were not disappointed! This review would’ve been from summer of 2024, but I am just now getting around to putting it up. The service was amazing, and our specific server, Maria was extremely pleasant and always had a smile. I’m not sure if she still works here, but if so, she gave us awesome service! Our sandwiches were warm and very tasty. Everything that you need when it comes to condiments are on the table along with a roll of paper towels. I stopped for lunch today and decided to sit at the bar, the bar tender was awsome! Friendly. Attentive, and very helpful! The manager today was also great! Came out checked to see if everything was ok,! Very friendly and polite! I hade the crispy chicken salad! It was awsome! The wait time was minimal, it look very appealing, and it was great! Hats off to the staff today! Perfect!!

I got their signature item which was the philly cheese steak sandwich, split between my husband and myself because it was huge and it was phenomenal. The cheese fries were also very good and my kid loved the mac n cheese.
