Prime Butcher & Brasserie

The food was really good.. Loved it.! But I asked the curly haired girl who brought me and my wife our food for a refill and she scoffed at me and told me she wasn’t my server.. Not sure if this is how the store usually operates but I did not take her reaction fondly..

Been eating here for years often to go or lunch. Never had any problems. Last night however was such a poor experience will likely not be returning. The waitress was awesome on the phone “my professional voice must’ve matched her idea of her preferred customer”. (1) I called ahead to reserve seating. We walked in as a group & were told to select a seat it wasn’t until I then questioned if perhaps the large table is for us? Which delivered oooh yes you called ahead. (2) Ordered a flight of margaritas the waitress simply said ok! Not what flavors would you like. She provides 4. I then look at the menu & find there are 6 margarita flavors offered. (3) We ordered 4 steaks, often order medium well. However, it was a filet so ordered medium - pre preparing for a screw up knowing when the kitch

Visit#1 ALWAYS good food & drinks. Great service, too. Visit #2 Good grilled fish on the lunch special with crawfish étouffée & etc. AWESOME. Free crackling to get you started, great!!!

Would give a 5/5 but unfortunately the steak was very underwhelming. Although management made it right without me even saying anything so that was appreciated. The cabbage casserole and hamburger were absolutely amazing though! The atmosphere was nice and down to earth. Casual attire and affordable prices.

We travel from Houston just to visit this lovely quaint steakhouse. Everything is sooo good, my fave is the boudin rolls. Heather our waitress is very attentive and friendly. 10 stars!
