I can’t recommend Prime Design Food Truck enough. From the very beginning, Ernie and Marianne were absolutely superb in supporting my Ice Cream Concession Trailer project. They approached the entire process as a true partnership, not just a transaction, which made a huge difference. Even after the trailer was delivered, when I identified an issue with the spatula shower they had installed, their level of commitment really stood out. Without hesitation, they sent one of their technicians, Gabe, all the way from Arizona to Florida, and he came over the weekend to resolve the issue. Ernie and his crew did a phenomenal job on doing some modification upgrades to my Food trailer. We ordered a new food trailer, all custom built, from Prime Design food trucks. The professionalism throughout the entire process was top notch. The build quality is impressive. I took pictures throughout the building process and the entire team was great throughout the entire process. This trailer is perfect. The health dept cleared us in 15 minutes. The fire inspector brought another inspector over after approving us, just to show him how great the trailer is. This is the kicker, on our first event we had a problem with a bad part. Just a faulty part, it couldn't have been avoided. I called Ernie from across town on a Saturday morning and he sent a tech (Tyler) immediately to come diagnose the problem.
