Prime Food Market

We ordered our food to go, they had it on time. People there are really nice, you can see the kitchen which brings you confidence at the moment to order your food because it is clean. About the food, the sandwich that I ordered wasn’t bad, I wanted a whole wheat bread but they didn’t have that option so I just picked white bread. My boyfriend ordered a Buffalo chicken Wrap, I tried a bite, it was way better than my sandwich. So if you go like spicy food it is highly recommended.

Really wish the staff didn’t make paying customers feel like a burden. I felt so uncomfortable by the small amount of interaction I did have. Ordered at the counter and the cook made a point to say to another customer “hey thanks for calling ahead to order.” Two stars because the woman at the register was very nice. One of her coworkers was even being condescending to HER. Wish I could tell her “run as far as you can!” lol. Would reccomend going here if you have a humiliation kink and want to feel uncomfortable. Sandwich was fine, 6/10.

Amazing subs! I always order on doordash and I’m very picky with my cold cuts and they ALWAYS read the description on my doordash order and ALWAYS give me exactly what I ask for! Prices are good too! For sure 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Prime is close to my home and I go there frequently as the food and service USE TO BE great. Tonight I ordered 1/2 of hot Roast Beef and Cheese with gravy and a side of gravy . When I picked it up I realized that the side of gravy was a small soufflé cup and I asked for more and stated I am okay with any additional charge. The way I was treated was as if I asked them to remake the sandwich. They loudly talked about me behind the counter making statements to each other “about if I think gravy is free I’m wrong “ and other smart ass remarks that I would rather not repeat. When they were done heating my gravy up in the microwave the guy brought it out nastily got it all over me as well as everything in my bag and loudly exclaimed That’s a $1 extra. We been going there for years and Sunday it’s our Football party watch. Amazing people, owners. Food is prepared fresh daily and amazing! Open kitchen plan is huge in the industry- gives the customers sight on how they cook and spectacularly cleanness!!
