Primo on Water Street

The atmosphere is always great. The staff is super polite and service is impressively fast despite being busy. The food has been pretty good in all my experience. I've had their meatballs, chicken parmesan, fries, pizza, and salads. I love that they started offering complementary focaccia, it was delicious! Their portions are pretty good too. The only time I wasn't satisfied was my espresso was warm instead of hot and one time the creme brulee was soup-y.

Super good service, outstanding food. Can't say enough good things about this place. Good drinks at night, great food all the time. Edit: went during dinner tonight, if I could give this place ten stars I would. Staff is super, owner and chef are in the loop and stopped to say hello. This place is five star dining without the five star pricing. Tonight I had the veal parmesan and it was outstanding. I have a goal of trying everything on the menu, everything is such a pleasant surprise. I would expect this level of Italian authenticity on federal Hill or Boston. I love this place. 😍

I went there yesterday for lunch. It was my first time being here. It was great. The woman working at the bar was so friendly, I don’t know her name but she was really one of the best servers I have had in a long time. She made great recommendations. I hate the hot honey pizza which was really good .. my friend got the spaghetti bowl with Alfredo and meatballs .. this was absolutely to die for. Such a good idea if using the pizza dough for a bowl- I’m not even a huge Alfredo fan and I ate half of her lunch. I will def go back.

We went on the most beautiful day, ate at a table outside, and had perfect shade from the trees across the street. Fettuccine alfredo, cookie , salad and appetizer were great. The atmosphere and decor was designed beautifully. My son also loved the friendly waitresses that were stopping to wave at him

My gf and I had a great dinner 10/10 highly high recommend truly the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life, quality food! You feel great after eating. Everyone inside is so sweet and outgoing!
