Horrible service from start to finish. We waited over 30 minutes and were not even acknowledged when we entered. the woman who answered the phone was rude, dismissive, and downright nasty. Our order was missing items. Completely unacceptable customer service. We will never be back.

This place is one of the RUDEST hoagie establishments in New Jersey. The owners/managers of this building are very very rude to their costumers and staff. If I could give a big fat 0, I would!!

Ordered a hoagie at 11:53a and got it 12:38p. And when it came, it wasn’t even warm and tasted so bland. We sat there waiting for the food and saw other customers come, order and leave. First time at a Primo location and was excited to try it. But the service at this location was terrible when I asked for example of sandwich sizes and for water. But not only was service bad, waiting time ridiculous but it tasted terrible. Should have just gone to Wawa.

The best place to get Hoagies for lunch dinners and any party platters.Check out Primo Hoagies it's delicious and the best Hoagies in town.Im from California and been in this place twice and im only here for 2 days.Drove from Somers Point we're we stay just to get Hoagies Turkey and Roast beef I get and it's 5 stars.Perfect delicious and nice atmosphere and hospitality. Big T and Audie Hoagies and also what I order and it's delicious.A must try place .Must recommended.

Food is decent. Never ever ready on time. Always order ahead. Food always takes an additional 20 minutes longer than they say it will.
