The Vineland Store was our go to for years. We order nearly every week. We always go through the app for a delivery order since I am disabled and my husband cares for me and my elderly Mom who has Alzheimer's. We had a problem with an order in the past that, after a lot of conversation, was finally handled by the manager, Jordan-he did the right thing at the time. Today we had another issue in which one of our sandwiches was made completely wrong. This time we were put on the phone with the owner, Claude (no last name given). After explaining our situation and the issue, we were told that the only way they can help us is if we bring the sandwich back. We again explained that the reason we order delivery is out of necessity and paid the extra $7 delivery charge and tip. He understood that w

Sandwich was okay but ordered for pickup on a Monday night, it said it would be done by 6.36. I got there they said 10 minutes so I went next store to the dollar tree came back and they said another 10 minutes. Then the girl had gloves on and was putting her hair up, felt very unsanitary. Great sandwiches most of the time but this night was very disappointing.

I come here basically because where else can I get a seeded roll sub in Vineland NJ on football Sunday that never disappoints , America's favorite sandwich shop . The mild Italian and regular Italian primo with added long hots !! Mmmm delicious! Primo hoagies locations never seem to disappoint also to add there chip and soda collections are always great ! This location and the runnemede location are my two favorites !

Shocked at how bad my $80 order was. The cutlet was barely cooked, tasted like a frozen chicken patty. Terrible. I can’t believe I spent the money on this when my kids school lunches are better Wawa makes a better sandwich for half the price. I’m still appalled

Veggie Diablo from Primos in Vineland on 16MAR24. Nothing but eggplant and cheese. Not the quality we’d expect from this institution known for subs. Not up to par from past experiences. Please do better in the future. Extra star is only because the Italian sub was spot on.
