Thank you Brad and Tayshawn for the service AND making the sandwich to my liking. Sometimes people get it wrong with the slicing of the meat. They got it right and was very pleasant! I got the SOPRANO. So good!

This place is a joke and kind of a scam. They layer their sandwiches as if they are layering a hot dog. They put a bunch of meat in the middle of the bread and then they add the toppings on top. So when you’re taking a bite, you’re either biting into toppings or a bunch of meat. They do this because they are trying to hide the fact that they are using mini bread as if they purchased them in the supermarket and not regular hero bread as if you were getting it from your local corner store. Take a look at the bread compared to my two fingers. This place sucks. I hope people see this review and avoid this place because this sandwich pissed me off.

We ordered the Mild Sharp Italian and the Whacked Chicken. The Italian tasted good and it was fully packed. However, the cheese was sliced very thick and the pickles were just strangely thrown on top. The Whacked Chicken was an absolute mess. The best way to describe it is that no one cared about it. There was juice and oil all over, the bread was soggy and it had to be eaten with a knife and fork. It was not appetizing or appealing to look at. Also, good thing we didn’t open this in the car! This was our first experience at a Primo Hoagies and it wasn’t the best first impression. Based on these 2 sandwiches, there doesn’t seem to be consistency or standards- the sandwiches look NOTHING like the pictures on the website.

PrimoHoagies, in West Orange, is my go-to place for delicious sandwiches! The quality of their ingredients is outstanding and the bread is always on point. If you want to impress your team with a memorable lunch, I highly recommend PrimoHoagies!

This place is genuinely so bad. The food stinks (literally) and many items are uncooked or cold. The service was horrendous; the cashier was super dismissive and rushy even though there was no one else in the store (go figure) and a small sandwich was 12.50? I get why so many primo hoagies locations are closing.
