Prince George County Landfill

Little bit out of the way but generally a well equipped place to dump your trash. The hours are excellent and the staff friendly. They aren’t too invasive about inspecting your load which is nice. The do enforce the rules though. They are equipped with toxic fluid sumps too

Worst dump I have ever visited. This place is nasty and everything is charged by weight. All the dumpsters were overflowing and only one person working that I could see. Prince George really needs to clean this place up and get better management. For as much money they charge it looks like they could do something to fix this disease infested hell-hole.

A scale is used to weigh you in and out. The difference in the weights is what you are charged. No signs showing cost per pound. No scale calibrations posted. No bill given showing your weight in and out. I believe this is a must in Virginia. But will investigate to find out. I have gone 3 times in the past 3 weeks and I always have 100 pounds every time. Seems to be impossible to have exactly 100 pounds all 3 times.

Horrible something needs to be done. It's a disgrace for Prince George.

This place did not open according to the posted times on the website. Called the number on the sign and the lady said someone should be their but the place was locked tight very un-professional if your not going to be open simple change your hours! Waited over 15 minutes still no on showed up! Called back and was told because of time change now open at 8... .. Prince George county landfill is the worst one in my experience
