What's the point of having a police station?When all calls to the police station collin county sheriff's department picks up in a different city. When you call 911, does it go to princeton police? Nooooo it goes to Colin county sheriff's department in a different city. Again..... ain't got nothing against the police officers.They do a great job. It's clearly city management and higher-ups inside the police station. Who don't know what they're doing

In my experience, the Princeton police are some of the most polite and kindest officers I have encountered. About two weeks ago, one of the Princeton police officers went out of his way to make me aware that one of my tires appeared in danger of a blowout. He helped me inspect the tire. Fortunately, it was not a bubble on my tire as he thought but simply cosmetic damage. Princeton police are respectful and very helpful. The specific officer that helped me definitely put the “serve” in the “protect and serve motto”.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Princeton Police Department for their outstanding service and dedication. While we were out of town, their diligence and presence gave us peace of mind knowing our home and neighborhood were in good hands. It’s clear that the officers take their responsibility to protect and serve the community seriously, and their professionalism did not go unnoticed. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure our safety and security. Your efforts are truly appreciated, and our family is deeply grateful for all that you do.

I only gave it one star due to 0 was not an available option. My complaint with this police department is that some of their officers ARE corrupted. My son was recently harassed & his civil rights were violated when he was pulled over and illegally searched after consent was NOT given! The officers involved were “ethically challenged” and SHOULD be held accountable for their misconduct once they pulled my son over for several hours and conducted an illegal search AFTER he said no to the search. Not only did they violate that right, they continued to violate more rights when they called in a K-9 unit with the Plano P.D. When that didn’t prevail due to the K-9 not hitting on any illegal substances their last ditch effort was to “plant evidence” which was a prescription bottle with an unknown
