Promise Land Market

Some items are great, others aren't. I think they have really good smoked wings, tacos, and the fig prosciutto toast. I was suggested by whoever sat us to get the devilled eggs. I have a feeling she was from up North because those were not any devilled eggs anyone I know would be making around here. Not because of the pickled onion or the bacon but the fact that the yolk mixture itself had zero flavor. I don't think they put anything in them but mayonnaise, I didn't even taste salt. I don't recommend those. Their house made PLM sauce is really good. The only thing I could label in it was mustard. I like the atmosphere.

Let’s talk about the creamy mayo based sauce😍 order extra if that for EVERYTHING fried. The duck fat fries were large portioned and seasoned deliciously. I recommend the fried shrimp burger w/ slaw . The shrimp was fresh and snap when you bite into them. The gluten free bread was really good. You won’t be able to tell the difference.

We were at the beach for a quick one-night away, and came to Promised Land for dinner. From the moment we walked in, staff made us feel like family. Meagan made our night absolutely fantastic. From the great menu recommendations, to the wonderful service, can't say enough about her! The food was fantastic! Upscale casual interpretations of familiar with their own unique spin, and a few fun surprises mixed in. Still dreaming about that oyster burger! If you're in the area, so yourself a favor and stop in. You'll be so glad you did.

Large selection of drinks and great food. It's obviously a local favorite for an inexpensive, yet quality date night. Our waitress was patient with us as we made our selections, even bringing samples of brews since we were so indecisive. Can't wait to go again.

Went here two nights in a row. They do have a half off appetizer night in the early week which I highly recommend because their appetizers are awesome. I had their blackened fish BLT sandwich which is great and we always loaded up on the apps that shishito peppers will. One of my favorites and the pork belly appetizer is awesome too.
