Prosperi Bakery

A friend brought cannolis and a carrot cake from this bakery for Thanksgiving. The cannolis were phenomenal, out of this world. Everyone raved about them. I tried to place an order for Christmas to take with me to PA, but was told they don’t take advance orders. You have to go in the same day and buy whatever is available. I almost made the trek from Queens Village on a snowy day. That’s how good the cannolis are. The carrot cake was very good, with great body and filling, though the frosting was a bit too sweet.

Anthony designed my cake and did an amazing job!!! Cake was delicious and fresh and the design was perfect and exactly what I wanted. I also ordered cupcakes and he made the exact shade cupcakes to match my theme for my event. Highly recommended!

Friendly service. Love that they are open late on weekdays. The second we walked in it smelled sooooooo good. Lots of treats to choose from. Canolis were great.
