Updated review 9/2025: I came back here for a cinnamon roll because of my first experience noted below, but was so disappointed in the cinnamon roll this time that I felt I needed to update this review to note how horrible the cinnamon roll was today. 😔 They wouldn't warm it up and it looked like it had come right out of a freezer box and thawed on the counter. I unfortunately won't be back since clearly the quality is already declining. Also ordered the bacon egg and cheese croissant but haven't even been able to eat any of it yet bc it was sooooo over heated that I couldn't even pick it up off the plate. 🥵 Such a bummer since I was excited to have this place to regular. Previous review 2025: Best cinnamon roll, earthy matcha, and cool that there's a playground for my toddler outside.

I never write reviews but unfortunately feel the need to do so after getting breakfast here today. The space is really nice, the coffee was great and the barista was kind, but the food was really bad and incredibly expensive for what it was. The avocado toast I ordered was made with a pre-packaged guacamole spread on cold bread with a few tasteless tomato slices. My partner ordered the chicken biscuit and it was equally disappointing. It was a dry piece of chicken absolutely covered and dripping with bbq sauce. We couldn't eat it and ended up tossing the food. I've had better food at hospitals and airports. Super disappointing. I write this review in hopes that they get some better, fresher food options and are able to succeed. It's a great location and idea!

The coffee was excellent. I am always a little scared to try a new spot, and this place was wonderful. I love how spacious the layout was. It was a great space to a have meeting and work.

I tried Provenance about a month ago and was disappointed, however, I am so glad I gave it another try today! The foam on the latte was perfect and the atmosphere is so fun! Highly recommend checking it out! I can’t wait to meet here for play dates with actual good coffee and a playground out back.

Under rated. Second time eating here, got coffee a few times and each time it’s been amazing. They never skimp out on the portions too
