Providence Bagel

Providence bagel used to be my favorite bagel place. I’ve been visiting Providence bagels for at least three years.Today Is the worst experience I’ve had so far. I asked for two everything bagels with extra bacon, scallion cream cheese I received almost no cream cheese, which makes me mad because I paid for extra and this is what I receive. I think everybody can agree that a bagel without a sufficient amount of cream cheese is not enjoyable. The service can be excellent, the atmosphere can be wonderful but if your serving shitty food it all means nothing. I don’t think I’ll be returning again. This is a sad day for me.

I love providence bagel but this is not how you treat your customers I feel scammed. I ordered the "specialty bagel" "funfetti with birthday cake cream cheese" which obviously comes with the special cream cheese automatically, or so I thought. I get home and open up just a dry bagel with no spread. Who does this? Honestly. No one said anything to me either, as if I ordered a bagel with nothing on it??? I'm still hungry and now annoyed at the customer service I just dealt with considering I tipped 10% for a crappy attitude and a dry bagel. I won't be returning to this location again

Went there on a Tuesday and had the pleasure of meeting Monique! She was speedy with her service and so friendly and can really make one laugh! I just want to note I don’t know if her coworker was on break or not but did not really like that he was sitting down with headphones on - on his phone just watching her work. Weird way to be a team. Love that she had such a positive attitude, my wife loved the great north bagel and I enjoyed a lox bagel.

Usually, my experience here is mid, but today I experienced the best customer service I have experienced in a while. My sandwich was made quickly and efficiently. The staff was super welcoming, kind, and upbeat. I was on the brink of not returning to this location, but this sole interaction changed that for me entirely and I will be back next week! It was 3 guys I wish I got some names but they’re incredible!

It’s currently Thanksgiving and operating hours are a little bit shortened, but surprisingly they are open! There were two gentlemen inside who are very helpful, and unfortunately, they were understaffed this morning due to the holiday.. but they literally pulled through and provided me an amazing breakfast. These people went above and beyond, and pushed super hard to get all of their orders completed, and just wanted to say I’m very thankful for you guys! Ordered a hash brown, which was warmed up perfectly, with a strong caramel latte, all topped off with an amazing everything bagel with herbs and chive cream cheese.
