Just having some good coffee is one of the joys of being human. Being educated about coffee and the benefits of quality by owner Jake Gonzalez Gonzalez has genuinely helped give me the energy to continue my education as an adult. The hot coffee drinks are always unique and later in the day I can actually feel a difference. Ex: (gets something done) “oh yeah I had proving grounds today. Right now I’m having a cold brew in the new 20 ounce size. It’s very flavorful and gentle. My friends and I prioritize going here any time we are out for a coffee. Thank you Jake and team!
A lot of the setup is diy. You grab your own menu when you go in.You order, they prepare your drink and then you have to go up to the counter and grab it, grab your own utensils, grab your own water.If you want to fix your coffee, you have to go up to the counter for all of the sugar packets and whatnot. They will bring your food out to you.So that's good, but you have to bus your own table. I got the white chicken chili yesterday.It was so delicious. There was plenty of seating, and they have a nice outdoor covered patio for outdoor seating as well. Outdoor seating is a little limited.So if that's your plan, get there early. There's plenty of seating inside.
My first time here at this restaurant. Very nice staff, friendly and kind! Clean restrooms, and an added plus! They have a baby changing table, and the owner greeted me at the counter. The food was delicious 😋 and hot! I'm impressed with my first visit! 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟
Love this place! Plenty of room and seating. Which means that I never have to wait for a table. Order at the counter and take a seat with your number. Relaxed atmosphere. Great for studying.
I absolutely loved this coffee spot, from the moment I walked in the atmosphere felt warm and inviting, the coffee was nice, rich, smooth, and perfectly brewed, the staff were friendly and welcoming, whether you’re looking for a quick pick-me-up or a cozy place to relax, this café is definitely worth a visit, highly recommended
