Proyecto Diaz Coffee - Roastery only, not open to the public

This place is awesome! I have to warn you that this isn't a coffee shop that you can show up to and sit down in -- it's a roastery. I accidentally showed up at the front door expecting it to be a coffee shop, but Fernando and Hannah were so nice about it: they let me inside and showed me their roasting equipment, and even let me taste some of their cold brew. I bought two bags of their coffee and it's the best coffee I've ever had. These folks are just nice people.

By far the best coffee in my opinion. Not only do they have the best coffee, but their customer service is absolutely amazing. Olga and the entire team always make sure to treat every customer with nothing but respect and smiles. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy. Must try coffee.

First time I got the cold brew lemonade it had the perfect ratio of lemonade to cold brew to ice. 5 stars The second time it was a little too sweet because there was a little too much lemonade but still really good. 4 stars The most recent time I had it it was more than half ice and not even all the way full. When I was done with the drink the cup was still 1/4 ice. I had especially asked for just a little ice. -1 star. People there are generally nice so +1 star. Averages 3 stars but not sure I'll come back.

Incredible coffee. I got the Yasinbay from a friend at airline we work, and I have to say : Became one of my my fav coffee I have ever tried. So easy to handle and super good crema out of this coffee that I had to order a 2 lbs bag. The body, the sweetness and so on... don’t even have to put sugar in a Flat white or similar drink. I have to try the other award winners. Awesome coffee culture and vision. Thanks guys 😁
