They overcharge so much that you can save hundreds by just asking for a discount over the phone. their "high quality" cards and expertise comes from seasonal workers that have no idea what theyre doing

Our experience to start wasn't the best. However, the President of Prudent Publishing, Alan Greenwald, showed tremendous leadership by personally seeing that our issue was resolved. With every customer contact you should renew confidence, and he did that for Prudent Publishing.

We ordered cards Nov. 19th and it took until the 30th for a proof. we approved on Dec. 2nd and still nothing. we've used this company for years, but they have been unresponsive with emails not responded to, calls not returned, etc. we are still waiting for cards that were supposed to be here on the 14th with no explanation of why they haven't been received.

Ordered from the Gallery Collection. Great customer service. Promptly got my order. Will definitely order from them again.
