Absolute garbage defense. It doesn't matter how innocent you are, they are looking to plea you out and if you insist that the case be tried they will quit on you...They are only there for a plea . Monika Mastellone and Eugenia Lynch are bad news. This office needs to be de funded. They are lawyers that blatantly lied to me. Blatantly did not pursue exculpatory evidence. Besides this bad review, I'll be filing ethics complaints.

They are the worst..u can tell they are a public defender..not a paid lawyer..they don't repond to letters ,phone calls,and not dependble.Even if not guilty they looking for you to plead guilty.They don't try to get people out of jail..with the bail reform its sad they're incarcerating everyone and people are stuck..for the taxes to go to state..sad..and this office is not for the people..they work with the prosecution.Don't trust them and they're not for your best interest some are sterotype blacks..and assume guilty..and allow people human rights to be violated and charging the individuals for crimes they didn't commit and for the prejudice to continue within there system.I pitty anyone dealing with Monmouth County for anything..espceailly if Black.
