I have had to use the public defender system a couple times throughout my life and I would like to say that most Public defenders are useless they do not do their job and should not even be considered lawyers I just recently had Carl Swanson and if anyone else has him, I would fire him now he is a joke of a lawyer he did nothing for me and pretty much worked with the state. I did have Heather Ward years ago and she was a great lawyer, but I am disappointed That our court system supplies you with a lawyer that doesn’t even do their job

I've got to hand it to the most amazing lawyer! Attorney Hathcock has worked extremely hard for my case. He has won against the state for me. He is truly a man for the people, and i am very grateful for a job well done. Thank you.

I worked with David hathcock for several months after being wrongly accused on some dv b.s David both didn't and refused to contact any of my several witnesses including a few police officers friends and ex co workers I decided to take my case to trial and he literally lied straight to my face on multiple accounts Mostly telling me he "tried contacting whiteness with a actual 0 atemp he's lucky he gets a single star

My lawyer has canceled 4 appointments in 7 days I have court in less than 3 weeks and have never even met her yet
