Public restroom is located at a park. Decently clean, but in one restroom the sink was taped off so I had to go to the other one to wash my hands. There are also no drying mechanisms, no paper towels or a hand dryer. But it does do the job if you need the restroom.
Garfield park bathroom made an emergency stop successful. Soap and running water! The door is accessible to critters and small children while pooping but other than that, 10/10 recommend for your next pit stop.
There was a homeless guy staying in one of the bathrooms and then the other stall would not latch closed. This is the second park in the area I saw with homeless guys staying in the bathrooms.
This was at Dillon's Beach. It was nice that we didn't have to pee behind a bush!
