Yes. Its technically a public bathroom, except there is no notice when its not open. Both men and women's rooms are currently locked. The white signs on the doors say 'Out of Service'. They were locked a month ago with no sign. There are portable toilets at the nearby ball field but they could be locked. The alternative is to hold it. Go to the portable toilets at 160th. Go to the toilets in the building at 172nd.
Not the cleanest public restroom of nyc but open and all the commodities work. -1 for the fact that 2/3 toilets aren’t available because you can’t lock, it’s broken.
Very clean toilet with liquid soap and toilet paper. Respect to employees!
The restrooms are closed for the season.
