Closed at night. Visited at 10 PM on the weekend. Businesses in the area are open but may not let you use the bathroom. UPDATE: As of 01/18 there is an out of service sticker placed on the outside of the bathroom. Multiple businesses in the area (including big chains) said they did not provide bathrooms regardless of whether or not you were a customer.
