It smells bad because of the non-potable water, I think. The sink also has that non-potable water, and when people wash their hands using that sink, their hands will still be dirty or even dirtier. The water is all brown and dirty. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the outsiee looks pretty nice. But please, at least filter the water so it doesn't have germs.
