Only plowed one lane for traffic on Washburn and reversed down the street afterwards, leaving the other lane full of snowbanks which have now frozen solid. It has been 5 days. Are you just going to wait until it snows again?

Tax paying homeowners have to pay to dispose of items that most towns collect as part of their regular waste disposal taxes. You pay dearly to dispose of anything at this dump. I guess the money goes elsewhere in this high-tax state.
