I love Publik. Baristas are consistent with the drinks and even the latte art. The space is beautiful. This review is specifically for their inhouse roasted Columbia Pink Bourbon Natural (Arley Vargas). I bought a bag and been brewing at home on V60. It is easily the best naturals I have ever had. Easy to extract. Not boozy but balanced perfection of berries and rich craft cocoa. Tasting notes are spot on. They really nailed the roast level too. This will make a fantastic juicy refreshing cold or flash brew!

Love the vibes in here staff are really friendly. The coffee is really good. I also got the bread and fruit plate and it was delicious. Great place to hang out or work there there’s two levels and it’s next to an antique shop. What more could you ask for?

2 stars for the Chai, it’s very blah!! But the blueberry muffin warmed up, is a cardinal sin and should be eaten with your eyes closed. Savor each bite!! The ambiance was amazing at this location, you have the main floor and upper level Bathrooms are unique Customer service was exceptional

Easy parking, two floors of seating, so you'll probably find a spot even if it's busy. Got an avocado toast which was delicious - good bread, a lot of avocado, but super oily. Hot almond milk chai was not good at all. Although it was on the spicier side like I prefer, it was almost flavorless, and I'm also not a huge fan of the handleless mugs. Toast, drink + tip came down to almost $20, which is a little absurd, but otherwise it's probably the most convenient and reliable spot for work.

Absolutely gorgeous, huge space and amazing coffee and food. Highly recommend. I've been a few times now. The Honestly John latte was lovely (cherry bitters added), I thought it was unique yet subtle. Good vibes here.
