Publix Super Market at Bent Creek Shopping Center

This is the only Publix I'm not a big fan of they have one friendly worker the customer service desk really needs to be retrained on friendliness almost all of them. Anytime I've had to ask someone a question they seem very bothered.And the cross-contamination in the cooked food area is horrible. How do you work in food service and not know to stop touching everything with the same pair of gloves. Change them after touching everything and then touching the food. In the cooked food area the grabbers are laying right on top of the food so people are coming in and grabbing them with their dirty hands pulling the food out and then throwing it right back on the pile of food. Anybody who knows about cross-contamination would not touch that food. If the health department came in that's a tag. You

Stopped in quick for Publix eggnog. There is none better. I impulsively picked up a couple steaks for the grill. They had a good buy today on the NY strip. Like every Publix. Clean. Friendly. Well stocked. Despite being busy, quick checkout. It's simply the best place to grocery shop. It costs a bit more but the experience compared to other grocery stores makes it worth the stop.

I rarely have problems with your pharmacy but this morning I called to check and make sure my prescription was being filled I will need them tonight I'm out.. Whoever is answering your phones in the pharmacy today was so rude to me.. like very rude, I'm such a people person and never have any problems with anyone but she was rude and almost angry at me for even calling.. if you hate your job go find another career, don't be rude to customers it's a horrible look for Publix when it's literally just one bad egg.. I finally said wow and hung up. I promise I was not rude at all I was trying my best just to be pleasant.. I have Ms i need my meds I can not run out, my fear of running out is legitimate, so if I call to check on my meds I expect good customer service I'm going to be kind to you so

11/28/25, around 3:30pm at self checkout - Honestly always had a good experience up until checking out today. Which is surprising being that I went to self checkout. A small blonde lady (in her late teens-early 20s) who was working commented on the fact that I got 4 small boxes of chicken from the deli saying it was “crazy”. I chose to ignore her comment being that I was not facing her, I was checking out my items. So I’m not sure if the comment was said to a coworker or if it was meant for me to hear. Being that it is the day after Thanksgiving and I was going to feed my family. I am very shocked that this comment left her mouth. Very strange for young employees to be giving unsolicited nutritional advice….I left incredibly offended and will not return to this location.

Great experience as always. I'm a long time subscriber of the Publix sub club :) We had a fantastic experience with Zane. He was so patient and kind. Best subs in Florida! We will definitely return to this location. Thanks Zane, you're a sub master!
